Cancellation policy
- Cancellation Policy – SMARTERS TECHNOLOGYPlease note that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email: Contact@smarterstechnology.com / SMS, phone call: +44 1200 40 94 14] will be considered without prejudice.
Cancellations made [48 hours] or less prior to an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half the service fee]. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is declined, or the client is unavailable.
If Bahja Technology cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours] notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
